Props to Push because he understood how obsessed the general public was with anything related to Drake and he baited him perfectly but it was MANY PEOPLE wishing that someone finally landing a blow on Drake would greatly impact his career. Not really. There's zero doubt that TSOA was the more effective diss track but again, people act like it was a coincidence that Drake had more bars for Kanye than Push. Drake's entire gripe was ALWAYS at Kanye. He just saw Push as the lapdog Kanye was hiding behind. He explained it all in the interview he did on LeBron's show. Drake had already given Push bars on Two Birds One Stone back in 2016 that Push never responded to.

I've seen industry people online who legit don't like Drake and (claim to) prefer Push admit that Duppy Freestyle was the better track lol. Most people on the internet act like they don't like Drake but as more time has passed, more of them have admitted that Duppy was the better track, mostly because it has come out that:
1. There was never an Adidas deal in place for Push to ruin.
2. Drake had zero plans of revealing Adonis using said Adidas deal.
3. He wasn't a deadbeat.
4. He legit has a great relationship with his baby mama, who most people seem to appreciate for minding her business/not being problematic.

They also realized that after all the hoopla around the diss faded, people really only went as crazy as they did BECAUSE Push revealed Drake had a child. Take away that element and the diss is still dope but people don't lose their minds the way they did. Everything else Push used to go at Drake on that song (Taking shots at 40, Drake's dad, Drake's racial background) were all s*** Drake himself had spoken about extensively throughout his career.
