Sounds like he's just acknowledging their situation and tying it into his verse with how disloyal some women are and the dynamic with friends and those women.
The opening of the verse practically reads as, "I'll f*** this girl even though I know she's cheating on a man, but I don't care because it's whatever. Look at what happen with Future, Scottie, and Larsa."
So it's more-so to Larsa.
