the video and twist at the end is clever. the second joint during the credits sounds like what i wanna hear. that's all i got.

It is just marketing and it got people talking. They want to draw people in. New people. They tryna get bigger and reach new heights.

The song is alright. Video was good and how that song sounded when the credits were rolling… we for sure getting a lot of good music on this album.

Have some faith… hasnt these guys dropped enough great music to let them have some leeway to have some fun.

Corny is corny bro, if I wasn’t a new fan before this would not draw me in. It’s lame to promote being toxic, it only works when the artist is toxic themselves. Artist like Future and Drake to an extent, expose their personal lives so when they are being toxic, it connects. That’s the reason why Confessions got to the level it did. Dvsn here is just distastefully selling a product.

While dvsn has released good music overall, I’m not in a position of good faith overall. They have been on a slight decline since Sept. 5th. Most of its due to peaking with their first album. Morning After was great but no classic like the debut. And A Muse and Cheers were both good. Lyrically they haven’t been all that interesting, and this new song falls into that category. Daniel’s golden pipes been carrying them.

The problem with what dvsn is doing with this song is they trying to make toxic seem cool but it’s far from it. It’s two broken people that don’t know how to communicate. There isn’t a sense of vulnerability at all.
