tbh i have probably never clicked play on an alesso song.. put me on

His best stuff, in my opinion, is what he made while he was signed to Sebastian Ingrosso's "Refune" label: Dynamite EP ( "Nillionare" still had spins live before Covid), "Calling" (made with Ingrosso, was masive at the time and the vocals by Ryan Tedder are great for mashups at festivals), "Years", "City of Dreams" with Dirty South. The remix he made for OneRepublic's "If I Lose Myself" made him really popular and he usually uses it to this day as the set closer.

Then he signed with Def Jam for his debut album, was underwhelming to me. Tear The Roof Up (Original Mix) is great, "Under Control" was a solo song before he linked with Calvin Harris and made it a collab. "All This Love" and "Heroes" are cool, "Scars" was amazing live and somehow he f***ed it up for the release

"PROGRESSO VOL. 1" is a return to form to me. CONFESSION is my favorite.

Also he produced "Let Me Go" which is his most popular song on Spotify
