This was never expected to pass, Bernie is just forcing people to vote on the record. Carper, Coons, Shaheen and Hassan are the ones that really need to be taken to task over this. The other votes came from either red state Dems or states that turned in the last midterm.

Ok and she is going to vote yes on the relief package which would have been a 'no' vote if the republican won her seat. There are people for whom the 1400 and the $300 unemployment will allow them to eat and pay their bills so I dont think them celebrating her winning is wrong.

I'm not saying you should praise her as a politician, and I agree that they should be doing more. I'm just saying that getting mad at people for celebrating her victory over a republican when they may not have been able to afford food with the republican winning isn't a good way to go criticizing her.

At the end of the day a Dem elected in Arizona or WV is never gonna be a progressive. Better to focus on picking up seats in states like PA than worrying about politicians who are not going to change and would otherwise be replaced by a R.

My point is that you’re trying to over-analyze something that was just a procedural vote with a foregone conclusion to begin with trying to grasp at anything you can spin as negative.
