Def understand, i never summon in the other games for example n ive plat'd bb main game n dlc. Summons felt cheap to me (just a personal issue, no seipe at anyone that does its a valid tool n can help a lot, better than being endlessly frusturated to where u hate ur experience) but i let people summon me to help those that do like/need it.

Spirits imo are different tho n they are def almost a necessity. There is one boss i felt it overpowered out of the 7 ive fought so far, but thats only one. And not all bosses and camps allow u to use spirits either.

My suggestion would be to feel out a boss first for a few seconds or so then decide if you wanna use the spirits or not.

All the other titles usually have the starter classes weapons n armor scattered throughout the game in the world and with vendors

I got a base ps4 but its the revised one that came out in 2015.

Its still the base with minor upgrades n without the shiny top n touch buttons, also without the front light on the controllers.

Damn near the same thing tho, & the game works amazing. Even better than DS3 n BB, n it seems to be more stable n consistent than next gen although only at 30.

Bloodborne had a hard time trying to stay 30 n dark souls 3 stayed 30 with a few minor hiccups tho, so if you played those n liked them then you shouldnt have an issue with this on ps4, especially since its even more stable than them.

No crashes either so far.
