People should not have picked THIS to be their first FromSoft game lmaoo, this s*** is not easy at all. It’s not numbingly hard either but I’m a FromSoft vet (god that sounds cringe) so that makes sense. New players are going to get steam rolled by this having no prior experience with their games

Rolling, hitboxes and combat is easily more satisfying than it’s ever been for me personally, even somehow beating out Bloodborne. This is f***ing amazing I feel like a child on Christmas

How should it be played?

I play it like Darksouls games so I feel like im missing out on alot of stuff.

There is just too much text thats hard to follow for a non english speaker

It should be played however you want but don’t call the combat bad when you’re not even using half the tools in the combat arsenal

This and the chest and something else I wont even say here really showed me this could be their best game. Like the combat is already the strongest of the series and the world and characters already shape up to be one of their most memorable. Magnum opus s*** for sure

for PC fam: it really does seem like the frame drops are in certain areas

In the past 30 minutes I had 2 seperate 15+ second freezes on pc

I swear everyone with good GPUs are having issues

I've only had 1 crash in 13 hours, 0 freezes, and very rare frame drops with a 1060

It literally pops up a huge screen telling you everything in the beginning lmao. Change your language in the settings if you’re having trouble reading the english text

theres something seriously wrong with this game bc it seems like the performance is all over the place and its also just certain areas

5900x with a 3080 here and its smooth but just has alot of frame drops and stutter
