Just a few seconds of Googling showed me that Valhalla needed an update to get 60fps, RE Village can experience drops up to 45fps, Scarlet Nexus isn't steady either and this isn't at 4k, Horizon Forbidden West performance mode is 60fps but 1080p. Why are you talking out of your ass like this?

I don't even own ER, but I think it's ridiculous we STILL aren't at solid 4K/60FPS on consoles Should really be the norm by now. Developers should maybe ease up on the graphics and focus on performance. Gameplay will feel better and it would slow our progression towards uncanny valley territory

But yeah, that guy is just talking s***. 4k/60fps on consoles is not the bare minimum yet at all.

This game is a lot more complex than horizon forbidden west. The height of many areas far exceeds even the tallest building in San Francisco in horizon forbidden west. The scale of areas in this game is massive, there’s way more more map here and the areas stretch farther in every direction. Horizon with the scale of this game would actually be epic, but they’d have to make graphical cutbacks to make up for how much is on screen if they did that. That’s partly why elden ring doesn’t look as sharp or detailed, but there’s still a lot more going on.

Also horizon performance mode is output at 1080p and then upscaled, just like all the games with 60fps

I agree I hate this focus on graphics. Well not really graphics but the nitpicky focus on f***ing water reflection and foodstepd sticking the snow and all that nonsense.

Good graphics are colour palettes, enemy design, particle effects, atmosphere. Not trying to fool me into thinking „ah looks very realistic“

Are yall actually getting stuck on bosses and trying over and over to beat them? It seems like you guys are just flying through the game but maybe you're just fighting other bosses when you get stuck on one

Beauty of the game is if you cant beat 1 boss, you can probably beat another boss somewhere else
