They didn’t design Elden Ring to be specifically runnable on only the new systems

Literally, every quest is either “can you save my sister/brother/friend?” or “can you kill some machines and get some parts for me?”

The standout in that game is not quest design, it’s enemy design and gameplay mechanics, as well as the graphics and visual design, obviously. OST was incredible too.

it's like the most basic versions of open world adventure quests lol

like somehow more basic and boring than assassin's creed ever was

mfs shoulda taken notes from ghost of tsushima

yeah ghost managed to make the missions not feel like missions but personal stories that delved into characters backstory and their emotions. very impressive game.

In the capital, from the Erdtree Sanctuary site of grace, go out the west door where there is an elevator you can take to the lower level. Follow the path down, then jump over the railing on the left to where the giant spear is sticking out of the wall. Climb a short distance up the spear to find this weapon

So I’m still at the very beginning. “The First Step” or whatever

    I’ve wandered a little bit… ran into a giant f***in dragon

Tree sentinel and one other giant guy…. But I’m getting f***in wrecked.

I have no armor or weapons besides the ones you get at the very beginning

    I started as a Bandit.

I don’t really know what to do lol

    WHaaaT

Y’all been using ashes? I know they’re a big part of the game but I always lowkey feel bad when I beat a boss with them.
Might just do summonless going forward, getting more satisfaction out of that

Ion use em if it's a 1v1 but if they have their lil minions join in u bet your ass I'm summoning them
