Never used those scarab talismans needed all my slots for INT buffs already just to be able to turn into a moon
that spell looks lit
I was just using 2 katanas like I'm almost Zoro

Bro katanas in ER on god they are too based
So fam for my new build i wanna do an Faith x Arcane build that mains Rivers Of Blood & Mohgwyn’s Spear (both scale with Arc) and do all the Dragon incantations as well (including the Placidusax one f***kk me that looks dope)
So basically, i wanna make a Dragonlord Of Blood char
Only problem is i’ve never done either
but i had not done Sorcery/Int build before this either and that one turned out fantastic
So 2 questions for anybody familiar with this type of build:
What are my endgame stats looking like (just new game, no +)
What in the f***kk do i main for the first half of the game since both Mohgwyn’s Spear & Rivers Of Blood aren’t quick grabs at all
Is that Eleonara’s Twinblade/Pole pr whatever the s*** is called my best option? Reduvia looks cool but i don’t see myself using it for half the game as a MAIN weapon so idk
Might even go with a Faith weapon since i’m putting points in there Anyway for the dragon incantations, and then switch over to maining Arc/bleed weapons when i’m able to. Might give me more options in early to midgame
Any insight would be appreciated bc i can’t wait for my 2nd playthrough
i think this has overtaken Bloodborne as my fav game but i love that one so much so i don’t feel comfortable making that a defnitive statement yet lol
just going off the min stats needed to wield the weapons you want
health - 45
end - 20
mind - 25
str - 24 (to one hand the spear)
dex - 21 (poleblade)
int - min
faith - 36 (placidusax miracle)
arcane - 45 min but pump as high as you want
depending on what starting class and what you want ur final level to be it might be a little different, obviously endurance and mind will be up to your discretion based on what type of equipment you wanna rock and what your play style will be
good earlier game weapons are tree sentinel halberd or winged scythe, since arcane is gonna be your primary damage stat any occult weapon would be great, but you can stick to any weapon that causes bleed too that fits ur stats. run a regular uchi or something while youre still getting ur stats up and then you can slap occult on it later on. obviously as you know the spear and rivers of blood are both super late game so experiment with other stuff in the meantime. dragon communion seal is a must too
S scaling with arcane and you can get it right at the start of the game

You can always do str/faith build until you get the weapons you want, and then respec at Rennala for a proper faith/arc build
How do yall do these NPC quests? I keep talking to so many NPCs but then I can’t find them or I mess something up

I use an online guide or YouTube like I did with other Soul games

Cheers fam and yea i peeped that Dragon sacred seal will def pick it up. Since you mention the Uchi now that i think of it that knight at Fort Haight in Limgrave drops a Bloody Slash of war so i could get that in the meantime until i can get the RoB
Really want to do a ng+ on the Spellblade character as well though, that was probably my fav one out of any soulsborne ive played

I’m really not a Strength player these days, maybe for the OG Dark Souls but everything from Bloodborne onwards just made the pace of fights go bonkers so i prefer to be fast with it

yessir bloody slash is dope, once you get the occult whetblade you can have an occult uchi/other katana with bloody slash so it’ll scale with arcane and still give you lots of bleed
so many ways you can go its almost overwhelming
I’m actually doing a spellblade rn (i think? If strength/magic counts) s*** is sooooo fun
i rlly need to f*** with magic more often in these games
I heard malenia was the hardest souls boss but Rivers of Blood ate her ass
Rivers of Blood eats everyone’s ass
People playing co-op to defeat draconic tree sentinel, I’m spawning as a bloody finger killing them from the back 😂
So…..
I have these remembrances but no clue what to do with them
I have…
Remembrance of the Regal Ancestor
Remembrance of the Grafted (2x)
Remembrance of the Full Moon Queen
Remembrance of the Starscourge
I have Grafted 2x cause it was my first one I did the Walking Mausoleum thing cause I wasn’t sure what I was doing lol
I still don’t know so I’ve just saved everything since then
I think unless you made a separate cloud save the first ending sticks and you'd have to beat it all again to get the other endings
Yep that's exactly right so I'm gonna speed through NG+ and manual save after the Final Boss

trade em for items in the room with the fingers at roundtable
like spawn in and then 180, it's that room. you can buy boss armor but i think you need the gold needle or some
I heard malenia was the hardest souls boss but Rivers of Blood ate her ass
yeah cause you're using blood lol, one of the strongest dmg types and a crazy ashe of war
from what i hear her first phase is just tedious and has too much health

get, f*** these pussie as mfs, go play some else instead of asking ppl to cater to you

yeah he extra af with the freaking out, i dont watch other youtube gamers like that but assuming that’s part of what they gotta do
nigga still has jokes on jokes though, genuinely a funny dude

Mohg’s spear doesn’t have to be late game if you can find a way to cheese him. You can get to him as early as liurnia. Not sure if there are any easy cheese strats on him tho
