Not surprised
Won’t be the only game getting delayed
Only a month delay I am glad its delayed rather than poor launch
I think its pretty amazing how when ANY game gets delayed or takes too long to release gameplay people INSTANTLY bring up Cyberpunk 2077, CD Project Red will never recover from this
Witcher 4 gets announced
Witcher 4 gets announced
people will be hype ofc but you're gonna see CP2077 memes everytime they try and promote Witcher 4

True, but i think by the time witcher 4 gets announced plus factoring in the hype, most people will overlook CP2077 or just straight up have forgotten about it
Elden Ring
Dying light 2
Horizon 2
all in the same month
they were probably all supposed to be dropping this year but got delayed to 2022 because of covid
Holiday season looking like a ghost town now lol (besides halo but I ain’t got an Xbox yet)
I dont think its fair to compare this situation to cyberpunk yet, that was and still is an outlier and it was years in the making. It wasnt delayed once but multiple times and for the longest they didnt even want to show gameplay. I heavily doubt its the case with this, from isnt cd projekt
They’ve been working on this since the DS3 DLCs released. It was originally only going to be for PC, PS4 and Xbox One but plans changed and they ended up working on next gen consoles as well. Don’t let the 2019 trailer fool you they’ve been working on this game for a very long time, they shouldn’t be having to delay it another month at this point. It was due to be out last year

Covid delayed everything. Hell horizon, botw2, Gran turismo had to be delayed by a year because of it and they've been in development around the same time elden ring started. Covid f***ed everything up, those i listed were few examples out of many. Also its one month, not a year, they'll probably use that month to polish some parts of the game more. If it was anything serious it would've been delayed by more than a month

spittin nevertheless im expecting that there is gonna be a bulk of cut content as usual with From Soft
February is wild man, DL2, Saints Row, Witch Queen and then topping it off with Elden Ring
besides FC6 it really feels like i havent played a solid AAA at launch in a long time lmao
before FC6 it was Cyberpunk and Valhalla and those did not launch well and honestly didnt offer anything very original to gaming
hoping Halo comes out clean and can hold me down til DL2

Is far cry 6 good? I've never played any of them. Ubisoft makes me kinda steer clear tbh. But I am needing a new game to play

i love it
not every Ubisoft game is bad i hate the stigma
Ghost Recon has gone to s*** and that xDefiant game looks horrible, Valhalla and Odyssey were long and often boring and the Watch Dogs games arent too great and Far Cry 5 was a trippy story and fun gameplay but not nearly as fun to play or nice to look at as FC6
but AC Origins and Far Cry 6 are their 2 best works in years, and i didnt hate The Division 1 and 2 as more realistic looter shooters but i also give them both 7/10 tops
but yeah in the sense that Ubisoft games could be better, Far Cry 6 is peak effort
