Ima be honest, people overhype how bad 30fps is. I just played a bit of Monster Hunter Rise on Switch, game dips slightly below 30 occasionally and it still looks fine
Of course 60 is better, but 30 isn’t the worst thing in the world

Bloodborne 30fps is atrocious though, no matter how good that game is, the frame pacing is f***ing horrid

I haven’t played it yet but I mostly hear people saying it’s fine, plus from what I’ve seen of videos the animations seem to look fluid enough. I guess I can’t really speak on the game in specific until I’ve played it, but generally speaking 30fps is fine for me at least.

it's jarring at first but then my eyes adjust after a few minutes and it's fine

When ur used to 90+ fps in games on pc 30fps is definitely terrible

I guess I’m lucky I only got a 60hz monitor/tv

Yeah it’s got a unique problem, I wonder how they f***ed it up that bad and if a 60fps patch would fix it because I think other people said 60fps fixed a frame pacing issue with another game

30 is decent at best but it is abysmal in Bloodborne. One of my favorite games of all time but it’s jarring to play sometimes

Have literally never had any problems
Game feels so smooth
@elvis just scared to get destroyed by Bloodborne bosses

The game f***ing drops to 15fps on PS4 lmao. It’s far from smooth

Haven’t had any framedrops issues ever
Try The Last Guardian that is actually unplayable
Bloodborne combat and controls feel so smooth and satisfying that i don’t even notice the fps
Its one thing to care about fps its another thing to dismiss and not play arguably one of the greatest games ever made just because of it

Where did I say I dismissed it and don’t play it? I platinumed Bloodborne, I have like 900 hours in that game
I definitely have not dismissed it
You get used to 30 fps in like 2-3 hours, the frame pacing is the real issue in fromsofts games

Was talking about my fam likeag6 bro
Yeah forget all that, its 2021 I need 60fps
Too bad Bloodborne came out in 2015
Too bad Bloodborne came out in 2015
And this matters why? When we are getting full on remakes and remasters of all these other games constantly I think it’s fair to say Bloodborne deserves some of the love with at least a 60fps patch..

Man the game is just fine in 30 fps
If you've never played above 60 FPS then yeah 30 probably seems fine to you
If you've played on a 120-144 hz tv or monitor for an extended period of time then 30 FPS looks like a slideshow.

If you’ve been playing games for a very long time on all types of consoles and pc setups you realize video games are an experience and many games are perfectly fine and very enjoyable even on 30 fps
And Bloodborne is perfectly fine as it is rn, i urge anyone that hasn’t played the game to play it right now, don’t deprive yourself of an experience as good as bloodborne because you’re holding out for a patch or update that might never come. Also you can just replay it if they ever remake it or patch it
