Went back in on my second character, that I left at Maliketh, its rough jumping back in on that boss lmao, after a year of not playing

Really wish each weapon group had unique L1 atk combos with each other.

Like there should be a basic combo for Sword + Whip dual wield, Curved Sword + Dagger, etc.

Stealth is a heavily underutilized skill in this game. Like they very clearly went out of their way to include it but I don’t feel like it was ever that useful beyond the first like 2-3 hours.

Anybody got any tips for beating the elden beast for a melee fighter? I can get radagon outta here, but the Elden Beast always gets me. That's one of the battles they shoulda let you summon Torrent

Radagon always gave me more problems than EB. Most of his magic attacks you can just sprint away from, and the rings you should jump over rather than dodge. Stack stamina recovery effects to chase him down and holy resistances if necessary.

Maliketh, EB, and Astel were the most annoying bosses for my fist build cuz the fist weapons have no range and their hitboxes are wonky.

Yeah stay calm, dont blindly run after it. Its kinda strangely coded where the more you chase it the more it kinda runs but if you stay more on your position and confidently dodge the attacks it will move more within your reach.

In general I wouldnt stress the fight. I know its the end of the game and you wanna get done with it but kinda enjoying the atmosphere and music. Getting the dodges and timings right does magic for this fight imo

Same for jumping, at least in combat. There are some attacks you can evade more easily by jumping, but they're so rare you forget you can and just roll dodge.
I hope they can explore these mechanics more in their next game. Add sekiro's parry and vigor system as well

I hope we get more info on melina in the DLC man, we dont know s*** about her, but there's so many tiny little details in the game. I feel like one or two descriptions on her could complete the puzzle. Especially since it seems we are not getting a sequel. I dont even care for characters like GEQ and godwyn, they already are complete characters imo, but please give melina the importance she deserves
