back when I was struggling with it I looked at the wiki to see it’s weaknesses and the only advice it gave was s*** like “stay vigilant and try to avoid damage”

    "Remember to dodge and hit"

I need to find some new weapons to try. So far I’ve only found Beastclaws (which has become my new main weapon) and Backhand Blades, both Death Knight axes, and Greatsword of Solitude. I like them all so far. I think I’ve found all weapons leading up to castle Enid and the great bridge

theres the Greatsword of Solitude from the one boss dude in the dungeon, in the first area near the fire giant guy

If the grav attack lands, the next attack is literally unavoidable

It feels designed against no hit runners. But since I can manage at my best to avoid most hits, I…die.

    14 crimson flasks

It’s frustrating because I’ve kind of mastered his pattern, but it seems pointless. Is there something to do when he pulls you toward him and pushes you toward a bunch of thorns?

you can roll through the attack when he pulls you

With my armor, buffs, and for the few seconds endure lasts, my damage negation in the shadow realm is literally above 80% if I pop melania’s great rune, use swaddling cloth, and icon shield plus crimson flask for health regen

You know at first I really didn’t see what all the complaints about the dlc being too hard was about but the more I play it, I kinda get it.. i’ve never thought their games were too hard but I stg every corner that I explore just leads me to a roadblock like what the f*** else am I supposed to do if I can’t even go off the beaten path to explore and get stronger if the s*** is barely working? I eventually run into an enemy/field boss that has WAY too much HP and it hits way too f***ing hard, I don’t get it at this point. What the f*** is the point of “getting stronger” if the enemies keep doubling my strength

  • Mr Motion

    Yea

    ||from what i recall off top. - bonny village used to dismember numens and put them into jars, prolly trying to recreate creatures like alexander. they did this cuz numens are shamans whose flesh easily morphs into others. marika is a numen/shaman (you can find shaman village after the shadow keep)

the hornsent are the ones who did this and pushes marika to pursue godhood.

dont want to post anything else in case you dont want it spoiled||

  • idk how to do spoiler tags smh

Well, imagine being Level 17 for the final boss but needing Level 20, which means that you missed nine items out of fifty. Even looking at a YouTube video to find them is a chore. There are a lot of issues with this DLC. Maybe they could fix it by getting stronger if you beat bosses!
