Exactly what I thought would happen giving torrent for that battle. Fight is already quite easy people just find it tedious cuz you have to chase him, but that’s the whole gimmick is chasing while avoid his massive spells.

Torrent trivializes the fight completely, might be their worst final boss ever now.

Some boss fights are there for the difficulty, some are there for the spectacle.

Radagon is the difficult part, Elden Beast is the spectacle

Agreed but at least the EB had some difficulty in needing to run him down and avoid its large attacks.

Torrent can easily outrun all of its spells, especially the sigil from above one. Thematically I like them including torrent but it should’ve been balanced for him, the EB should have more dangerous attacks in that case.

If you don’t fully explore you’ll miss quests, that was kind of my point

Just finished my 100% playthrough of the base game. Was worth it to see all the places and quests I missed, just cemented even more for me how this is such a classic. It’s a bit ridiculous that almost every quest ended sadly, but I guess it fits the overall world being very dark and burtal. At least there a few things that are promising for a potential Elden Ring 2, like Jar Bairn, Hewg, Roderika, a few others..

I just wish Millicent didn’t have to die.
