I listened to my first ES album, Either/Or, after bumping Needle in the Hay and Alphabet Town for quite a few months. I knew I'd love man's music and he did not disappoint. It's one of those albums with such a specific sound that I don't see anyone copying it effectively. Honestly a 10/10. The atmospheric instrumentation and vocals, backed by the incredible songwriting are so efficient at invoking sentiments for me.
@Leftside u might hate it, u might like it but here's a few tunes from over the years
They not my speed but I do see the appeal and appreciate the link

If I were a producing man, I'd take time with Christian Brothers and do something wicked to it
I'm also coming around because of this song
