Eminem would touch 1M first week in the streaming era because pure sales are dead and most rapper fanbase don't support pure sales anymore.
A prime Eminem is by far the biggest rapper ever. Your argument doesn’t have any merit. Try again.
So I get a text saying it's Howard from Bitbuy and there's an error on my account so I log in no problem and tell the guy everything is fine. Well they say they need to verify my address and number and I tell them, so then they say that I'll get a code to log in from bitbuy and to tell them. So I do like an idiot. They say they'll get back to me to verify everything is good and it was. So I keep an eye on my account and nothing. 2 days later I go on Bitbuy and I've got 35$ even tho I had 5k. No transactions tho. F*** sakes...
? What's that

No one is arguing that prime Eminem is the biggest rapper. Your argument that he'd be easily pulling over 1M first week in the streaming era is what is stupid lol.
? What's that

Cuhh changed his OG thread and everything. WEIRD!
I’d put my money on a prime 50 cent doin 1 mil fw in they streaming era too
It's not 2005 anymore man

You say my argument’s stupid yet you can’t even refute it

Gotta prove it tho

Lol eminem
he not streaming like that even his overall numbers not that high anymore
Oh, really? Check again.
You say my argument’s stupid yet you can’t even refute it
I can refute it because this is a different time in music consumption. People aren't as willing to spend money on digital/physical versions of music since there's already streaming which is way cheaper and makes a lot more music available to people now.
That wasn't the case in the 2000s when Eminem dominated.
If he was at the height of his powers right now, he'd be streaming as well as Drake is but that's it. Because of how streaming is weighed, calculated and converted to units, he wouldn't be hitting over 1M every time he dropped like you're suggesting. That's all I'm saying.
and only reason em got it is physical era
…yeah that makes it more impressive
you need to stop trolling dawg
Drake couldn’t even get a number one hit during the physicals era while a prime Eminem would murder Drake numbers wise in the streaming era
precisely
these niggas be trying to discount the pre-streaming era like it’s not infinitely more impressive/difficult to sell that many copies with no digital distribution platforms, v literally just hopping on your phone and streaming a project
this type of retconning they do is exactly why they try to say drake is bigger than MJ
The weirdest thing KTT(a certain fan base) does is act like it’s harder to chart and have #1 singles now than it was before. And we have literal evidence of KTTs favorites before and after the streaming rules came into effect and…there were no #1 records to be had nobody from this current era can even touch Em or Pac when it comes to numbers. Hell, even Nelly is clear
So in other words a prime Eminem would be waaaay bigger than Taylor nowadays. If he did all this he’d 2 milli fw easy
STREAMING UNITS
Throughout this gigantic post there’s not a single point that actually begins to prove why a prime Eminem wouldn’t be able to do 1 milli fw
And don’t try to bring up your first paragraph. Eminem is the only rapper in the history of the genre to sell 1 milli fw multiple times, which means he’s clearly a different animal
now factorin in the times. you people keep ignoring how he was around in peak physicals era.
you could not make top 20 on bilboard 200 and still sell over 200k first week back then
All this started cause I pointed out Drake never had a number one hit in the streaming era while Eminem would easily have number ones in the streaming era
songs can not go number one and still be huge
You say my argument’s stupid yet you can’t even refute it
you have yet to say anything that remotely backs your claim.

no one mentioned #1s besides the em stans. we talking doing a million first week in streaming units which would not be possible.
also number ones back then were largely based on radio...
