Shady AntOverall, I think it depends on the contract and how serious a lawsuit for breach of contract he could have on his hands if he breaks it.
Either that or your point about ruining it for others will be the deciding factor. I could defo see Em not doing it because he doesn't want to sully the future for hip hop halftime shows.
Em's really in a no win situation here, which breaks my heart because it feels like he was just starting to get his clout back.
Overall, it might have been best if he didn't say anything and just kneeled during the performance without telling anyone.
