verse one is def 2006/7. I think the rest is from 2008 but between his overdose and getting fully sober. He was working hard on King Mathers during that time while he was getting private d*** addiction therapy (since he had trouble at rehab last time).

Then he came home to Detroit and made:

- Old Time's Sake
- Deja Vu
in November he made We Made You
in December he went to LA and made Underground
in January he made Dr. West
last song made for Relapse was Hello at the Palms Recording Studio in Las Vegas in March 2009.

March 2007 according to Jeff Bass. But eminem had previously said he wrote it in October 2005 after leaving rehab, so it's possible Jeff just put finishing touches on in March 2007. Em and Dre also went back in during relapse sessions to re-mix it.
