The fact that Em was in his 30s, expressing himself in such a manner is only telling of the destructive hand he was dealt and how much he struggled with it. Society and it's growing trend of dehumanizing populations by classist brackets (Celebrity culture, homelessness etc) and how "redeemable" they are based on our ever changing, often detached, fragile moral compasses is just another weak attempt at avoiding discussion and possible resolutions on very complex situation which many can't/don't want to understand, yet they still want to speak on

I don't agree with the way Eminem handled his personal business and often passed on the baton of abuse which perpetuates such a cycle but... are we really surprised? Are you, in what I can only presume living in a life of comfort, truly able to comment on such a layered issue with such strong emotions? I would say keep such flawed, shallow perspectives to yourself fam. If you don't care to understand how damaging it can be to be abused by figures society demands you love, then taught to love in the same destructive way and how everything it comes with f***s up your neurological build then shhh

He makes a song hating her, you hate on him... he makes a song apologizing, you hate on him... stop feeling so much through simple buzzwords lol. Also from my limited knowledge, he's worked very hard on changing himself... he doesn't abuse his children/loved ones, is making peace with people who hurt him/he has hurt... he chose to stop the cycle of abuse and I can only respect that cause that s*** is real difficult
