Yeah listening rn and I'm feeling it, Navy's beats compliment him more than what I've ever heard him on before.
Yeah I find some of his beats a bit abrasive and the mixing terrible, that’s usually what turns me off some of his albums! Checking out the carti album in the gym at the mo. It’s decent, not my favourite album by any means but like you said far more interesting than his other stuff
great list OP, and nice write-ups.
and you're too real for giving Ka #1
Thanks bro
KA deserved it, had to cop that vinyl too

Yeah I second this @Aftermathbws , Navy’s soulful beats complement his abrasive voice perfectly. Listen to the first track and you’ll want to listen to the whole album.

Will add it to the list
Op how you going to have RIP love as the worst track on 21’s album. That song is high key top 2 and it’s not 2 on that album.
You a real one for putting in that work with these reviews broski. I gotta put some time aside for that KA joint and Manger on McNichol is my fav Boldy release this year.

Thanks bro Manger was cold, hoping for a vinyl repress! But yeah check out the Ka album you won’t be disappointed
@Aftermath great list bro, I only have MOTMIII higher but other than that I completely agree

Thanks bro. Tbh I can’t fault MOTM3, it’s just not an album I can see me returning to just off the style of rap I listen to, but it’s an outstanding album

It's mostly the MOTM nostalgia for me but I get that it does not as much for everyone. Love the fact you did short reviews with the list as well

Tried to keep them short and sweet, used to go into more detail on KTT1 back in the day but if they’re short and to the point people may actually read them
Finally have all of my top 16 (excluding savage mode 2) on vinyl sold a copy of blonde to get manger on mcnichols

Op we high-key need this thread here updated with their last work
Was planning on being a bit more active in the thread front since I barely work these days. 4:44 vs kings disease is a tough one though, love both albums

Ka’s discog is pretty much flawless, and this may very well be my favourite. If you liked that and you haven’t already check out Orpheus vs the sirens and Days with Dr. Yen Lo. Both masterpieces in their own right

Orpheus vs the sirens reminds me a lot of cain, it’s his album with producer animoss under the pseudo name hermit and the recluse. Days with dr yen lo is an album with producer preservation under the name Dr. Yen Lo, the sound is a bit more subdued but it’s incredible
