You can tell who was not there when the OG trilogy dropped. It was nuts, he literally invented a new subgenre, as someone said, it was light in a bottle. And the fact that he dropped a couple of tracks, then 1,2,3 tapes in a year and all of them with godly production and lyrics. I can’t remember the last time we had something like this. Also, something can be ass and you can still like it. Plenty of Cartis and Tekashi tracks are ass but I still like them, ofc thats another convo cus they not elite artists.

New trilogy for me honestly. Off the strength of After Hours & Dawn FM alone. I grew up with the old trilogy and HOB and Echoes are the only two valid imo and I like HUT slightly more than Thursday.

Whenever u're in the mood for thrash metal, give it a try. The energy picks up right away, and it doesn't let go until the finish. And it's an impressive feat for an album that's 1h long.
