I’m gonna rant for a second. Not every single event needs to be capitalized off of with a “documentary” and I use that term lightly. Devalues real documentaries that actually span a topic rather than something that lasts more than a week headline on Twitter. To me it’s become a gimmick and detracts from actual good documentaries. S*** like this makes me super hesitant to even watch a documentary to begin with. Idk how anybody else feels about this kind of thing lol

kinda crazy how at the beginning of titanic leo BARELY makes it onto the ship as it's setting sail. so the guy he won the ticket off in that poker game also might have missed his chance to get on the ship, even if he had won the bet, purely because he was playing poker instead of boarding
