I just finished season 7. Some stuff, I liked a lot. But overall, I hated it. The whole vibe of the show was off. This show was lighthearted for 6 seasons and all of a sudden they deal with real s***?

I would be fine if Vince’s issues were gradual, but this came outta complete left field

one of my favorite shows ever. finished my rewatch about a month ago. S7 was definitely the worst season by far. S8 was a return to form but obviously not going to be as good as the first few seasons.

also not sure why everyone hated the movie. It felt like 3 episodes dealing with a dilemma put into one movie. thought it was cool, not incredible by any means but decent, no real reason for hate imo.

do the S6-S8 box sets not look appealing?

yeah S7 was pretty awful imo, sasha grey is eye candy but the storylines were bad. I think the reason the show hit a big decline was because they went too deep into the everybody from the crew having their own thing when the show is really just about their brotherhood. I mean it makes sense for everybody to eventually do their own thing, im not knocking them on it but just the way they went about it could have been better I guess.
