I don't really f**k with hiatus Kaiyote anymore but they've been promoting their everything's beautiful single a lot these past two months

& it seems as though it is tied to an upcoming album

oh yeah but i hadn't seen anything specific about a month, or even an official announcement of an album lol so thought i missed something else

i think in their initial announcement they had a date for the single "Everything's Beautiful" and a April date for what i thought would be the album release date.

Feel like he reluctantly played it at the Brooklyn show, but warmed up to it after seeing the crowd reaction

God that was such a dope f***ing set. I saw him at a benefit show a couple months ago, only had time for 3-4 songs; he introduced Daddy with something like “you know sometimes I really hate this song… jk its cool”
