This guy proposing a draft neglecting the millions of Euros spent on academies
So what it sounds like there should be some rules to prevent this from happening.
if one day a bunch of the top teams can wake up and decide to f*** off to their own league, you dont have a well run sport clearly.
More or less, The organisations that are supposed to regulate the sport are riddled with corruption.
Because the sport as a whole is fairly international, clubs that have seen a lot of success the last 2 or so decades have huge international following, basically driving international viewership, so a lot of them aren't satisfied with how TV money is split between themselves, on top of that running a club is expensive as well with both the transfers fees and player wages essentially being in a bubble. It's a mess throughout.
small teams and fans get f***ed in the ass raw
big teams in it will make all the money
Surprisingly eloquent coming from you
arent american capitalists pushing for this?
America been tryna get soccer to boom over here for a minute brah.
This guy proposing a draft neglecting the millions of Euros spent on academies
I always found the academy system interesting. I remember watching a doc on it a few years back
This guy proposing a draft neglecting the millions of Euros spent on academies
Maybe if they didn't spend millions on academies they wouldn't be so uptight about revenue sharing
dont the big teams make all the money anyways and thats partly why they started this
they make way more yes, but like right now the UCL where the best teams play the winner gets like 150 million and now with this u guaranteed billions a year just for being in it
This guy proposing a draft neglecting the millions of Euros spent on academies
Gotta respect the desperation to argue about something he clearly dont know anything about
This guy proposing a draft neglecting the millions of Euros spent on academies
He did his research
they have been the best teams
it's not like the games are fixed
when you don't feel "welcomed" it impacts everything
the teams schedules were s*** compared to the ones from PSG and Bayern, they speaked with more news channels and more time, UEFA fiscals were more rigorous with other teams
This guy proposing a draft neglecting the millions of Euros spent on academies
Pretty sure it would not even be legal under EU law to force players to play for the club that drafts them lol.
This guy proposing a draft neglecting the millions of Euros spent on academies
he didn't know what team you support based on your avi
so yeah no clue at all
Maybe if they didn't spend millions on academies they wouldn't be so uptight about revenue sharing
Huh
America been tryna get soccer to boom over here for a minute brah.
i know but all they get are washed up euro stars
they make way more yes, but like right now the UCL where the best teams play the winner gets like 150 million and now with this u guaranteed billions a year just for being in it
So a smart governing body would be putting a ton of pressure on these teams to cut the bullshit
he didn't know what team you support based on your avi

why would i be looking at his avy

They make the most money, but UEFA has mechanisms in place to make sure the small clubs get their part. (Also the further you go in the CL, the more money you make rather than just separating the revenue in terms of visibility)
FIFA and UEFA have a sort of development taxe where in every transfer done, the youth team of the player transfered gets a cut on the transfer fee.
UEFA also allocates a certain amount of the Champions League revenue to the lower league teams to help their development and infrastructure.
With the Super League, those clubs have no incentive to share their revenues whatsover.

So fifa and uefa should get off their ass and regulate this s*** then

is it the governments job? the teams are private businesses after all

And eventually we gonna send LA or Atlanta over there to beat y'all ass
Aye is there a link or info drop about "teams can pay to get in"?
That s*** sounds like esports
So fifa and uefa should get off their ass and regulate this s*** then
That's what they're trying to do.
By Friday we'll get news on if those clubs and players get banned from international competitions.
is it the governments job? the teams are private businesses after all
