For me this seems to be aimed to try and capture more markets for Football, particularly the US. This seems to make it easier to follow and easier for people to watch the teams they know about.
I for one would buy a subscription service to watch these matches. If i wanted to watch matches I’d be jumping through hoops with all different services and channels.
Soccer is primed to explode in the US come the World Cup I truly believe. The MLS is getting bigger and bigger. Internationally the clubs need to find a way to capitalize on this as well. This seems like a logical step for them.
But we’ll see. Idc either way.

they had like 10 minutes to talk to press max than move to the next super flash
the other clubs the Uefa fiscal always would cut the interviews off mid way for example , when it was Bayern and PSG they controlled the time
stadium training hours the Uefa fiscals would always let Bayern and PSG have better times
I don't really care that much about football but there was already a tension in the air with most of the clubs
