caffeine is bad period. I'm biased because I'm sensitive to it but like someone else said, just get some sleep and eat better.
Just smoke meth
Said it before and I’ll say it again, OP needs to develop a serious heroin habit before making more posts. This would be the best possible move for him.
He would produce deranged, dark, d***ged out experimental threads that would be praised. He’d give grizzly accounts of life and the situations he gets into while being a fiend, and hustling pills on the side to fuel his addiction as people begin to distance themselves from him. Soon it would come out about his addiction and ktt would be buzzing. Scandal after scandal would arise and he’d be the most talked about person on the site as he continues down this dark path of addiction and insanity. Then, he would get arrested for possession and do a stint in jail, adding credibility to the hard image he’s been trying to adopt for sometime. The #FreeOP movement would be like nothing we’ve ever seen before and it would spark forum wide discussion about how we treat addicts (rehabilitative vs punitive punishment.
OP would get out, get clean, and become the face of the opiate epidemic sweeping online forums, opening him up to even wider audiences and platforms. His first thread after release would get a tremendous amount of replies and be praised, as OP explores a whole new realm of posting, reflecting on his past degenerate behavior and becomes a symbol of hope for all users who are dealing with addiction. This would be great for his image, solidify him as one of the greatest posters ever, and create sitewide change that benefits all users for years to come.
The best possible thing OP could do for his ktt career is to start doing as much dog food as possible, as soon as possible.

also your adenosine receptors adapt so you require caffeine to get back to baseline levels afaik

I was sensitive too, one cup of coffee had me up all night. I started with small amounts and over time I adapted and started to enjoy it.

Imagine saying a molecule is “bad” though, caffeine exists and is consumed by billions around the world, what exactly makes it “bad”
You’ve probably had it in small amounts in soda and dark chocolate already

Highly addictive and id wager the source of most peoples caffeine (ie coffee beans) is borderline slave labour
Pills
Just smoke meth
Not wrong. Adderall is basically meth, but one is championed while the other is disgraced

A pretty benign addiction and fair trade / locally sourced exists.
I agree that corporations have taken advantage of less developed countries and extracted resources from them / abused working conditions in these countries. It’s a problem for sure, one born out of unfettered capitalism rather than the existence of a coffee bean.
Humans and caffeine have a long history together, far before Starbucks and corporate coffee chains ever existed.
