It's mostly due to biases, the one saying LeBron was there is an r/Entertainment user (and a 2nd hand source) so probably thinks Ye is the devil incarnate himself and exaggerated some things.
The one who was at the set himself and said LeBron wasn't there is a Ye fan so he downplayed his anti-semitic statements a bit.

Maybe he once was but I think he's too far gone now. Maybe this episode will end and he'll become aware of what happened and try to make up for it but I don't think it'll stick this time. He's done this too many times, going further and further each time, and refused to get help when the episodes end. People talk about how it's over for sure this time and he can never be "uncanceled" but I think if he actually wakes up, realizes what's going on, and puts in the time and effort to sincerely make amends thing will ultimately be alright. But I don't think he wants to do that.

i feel like this has been a common theme over the past couple years too. like, after maga, he seemed to have been laying low and we only him during the sunday services and then that inevitably ended when he was out in wyomming working on the early version of donda, wearing a bulletproof vest around, doing a presidential rally in south carolina. he was very obviously going through an episode during that time too but that seemed like it had subsided during the actual donda rollout when he seemed a lot more calmer.

it feels like these episodes are getting more and more common for him and i really wish he would get the help he needs instead of being so stubborn. although, a part of me admires how tenacious he can be sometimes also part of the reason i think hes so prolific
