Eyes Wide Shut Hypnotic, sexual, grandiose with a lovely warm color palette to highlight the Christmas spirit. Tom Cruise before he lost his mind and the goddess Nicole Kidmon take turns insulting, humiliating, crying, and caressing each other. Things get weird once Sydney Pollack gets involved. I would recommend.

That s***party scene is so bizarre

Another bizarre situation was the Russian guy pimping his daughter to those asian fetish dudes. Tom was literally like . Then he runs into them again like

"And I am tearing your bill up and let me know if you need anything.. Anything..."

    so far:

    Scrooged
    It's A Wonderful Life
    Rosemary's Baby

I really liked the Kaufman film (might prefer it to Synecdoche, New York) but I was somewhat alone with that opinion. It definitely has Lynch and Resnais (Marienbad) vibes added to the usual Kaufman style.

i know i'm late to the party once again but what's actually the fuzz about carti's new album? Listening to it rn, liking it and now reading that it received negative reception. What is fam's opinion in general?

Most of ktt love it, but every major social media outlet (twitter, review sites, yt comments) mostly s***ting on it. I love the bold direction he took. The record feels borderline atonal punkish/industrial at times. Most people want cookie cutter formula like Eternal Atake

based off my first listen it sounds way less generic than Eternal Atake (major disappointment imo). Digging the more aggressive direction as well even though I am a little sick of monotonous cheap sounding synth loops at this point. Production is still overall pretty good from what I can tell. His vocals are the highlight forcme.

Yea it is certainly repetitive at times but I still think it's very good. By no means is it a masterpiece of sorts (i always overreact on first listens) but imo a breath of fresh air in mainstream rap and very unexpected from carti
