i got heavy into neurosis after a nasty breakup a few years back. it's not the main thing i associate those albums with anymore but it definitely helped my mindset at the time.

machina is a big love album. makes me think of a few people.

i bet on sky makes me think of being really drunk from 2013-2017ish. nothing specific really, just being wasted 24/7 and trying to f*** as many girls as i could. fun days.

the fragile was those 'post-high school just lost touch with half of my friends' months.

the dusk in us made me think about my future and maybe growing up a bit.

I can relate to why you were listening to The Fragile. I’d say the first two Stone Roses and Oasis albums were like that for me

Yeah high school I was neck deep in hardcore and metal and for whatever reason decided to dive back into NIN, which was much "softer" in comparison and it hit a different way. The first disc especially.

Damn radiohead’s bulletproof just played on the radio. Dont listen to them too much anymore but The Bends is still awesome
