Peep the conversations around the camp, the dialogue between the gang is great. I remember doing one of those robbery missions and executed the bank tellers, Micah gave an evil laugh. With the honor system you can get it back p fast after the diagnosis, but the last ride with low honor was better imo. I got it right below 'good'.
