yeah its super cheap even when not on sale considering how magical the experience is

the two rl friends i convinced to play it got at least as obsessed with it as i did the sequel finally came out this week and were all s***ting our pants

I thought Dead Cells was gonna carry that torch for a while, but soon enough i was back in the Gungeon

i always mix up subnautica and abzu (which i played). apparently theyre pretty different though. both are underwater games so close enough.

subnautica is way longer and has insanely satisfying crafting and base building. find better materials to make better technologies to help you explore even further. godly game mechanic.

also has that rare metroid atmosphere where you feel totally isolated and alone in space

Nah even though ive watched a bunch of videos where people talk about it and show gameplay over the past year, i didnt even know it had an actual story/plot until like 2 weeks ago when i was watching a guy talking about games and he casually mentioned that. Pretty much all ive seen of it is the immediately gameplay stuff (swimming, scavenging, crafting, expanding your base)

reminds me of the dude om there whos fetish was s*** eating p*** and it was all he fapped to and one day he worked up the balls to hire a hooker to s*** in his mouth and then he knew the second the s*** hit tongue that he made a huge mistake and that his fetish doesnt really translate to real life

i dont think so

heard no mans sky was boring with nothing to do. in this game you know exactly what to do once you get the ball rolling and you do not want to put it down. super interesting story that you dont see coming at all, layed out in a fairly original way.
