There are good moments, like really good, but Kanye sounds extremely phoned in + some songs are just bland. It simply doesn't feel finished tbh.

Definitely agreed. I also loved No Child Left Behind, Hurrican can be a great song with a few fixes here and there, Remote Control and others I cannot remember the titles from (that song with Vory for example) because I don't want to listen to that stream rip too often. They def need more work tho
