I treat the Pt. 2s as alternate versions and stop the album there. Then again, there's no indication for them being bonus like it was with 30 Hours back then.

Honestly the Pt 2s are more bonus tracks on here than the "bonus tracks" on TLOP. At least those were unique songs, and Saint Pablo was added later which tied the album together. With "No Child Left Behind" as the closer, this album is really really good
