Got the best possible scenario for modified duties with my injury no standing at the door, no office bullshit- just pressing pumpkin pie shells for 5 days + I get the weekend off with an extra day off on Monday for Thanksgiving.

I can tell my line manager isn't that bothered but the powers that be are pressing for it. But they know deep down that if they force people back in full time we'll just find jobs at places that aren't doing that.

It's led to a lot of sheepish "oh it's up to you guys but maybe we should have a plan to go back" comments from managers, and a lot of "nah f*** that" from most employees
