well i figured it's pointless to leave them out and am confused why I omitted them for previous lists. I think my thought process was that heavily compiled albums from previous decades would be weird alongside the current decade's voting. But then I thought about Smiths, New Order comps and realized people would prob vote for those anyway without realizing so I thought f*** it
