Oct 29, 2021rvihard to say tbh. something subtle of course. hard to see myself getting a music tattoo anytime soon tho. feel like it would subconsciously influence me to force myself to continue loving that artist forever even if they grew off me. hard to see myself getting tattoos in general
I know what you mean but I'm safe because my Depeche tattoo also represents my first trip to another continent (specifically Europe and Prague where we saw them) and my bestie got a matching one so it also represents our friendship
And my Bowie one safe cause I grew up listening to him with my dad and watching Labyrinth when we were kids and he was one of my very first rock and roll shows. I know you're growing off him but I won't.

I really wish the back half of that album didnt fall off so hard for me, cause "Under Pressure" - "Disappearing" is an incredibly strong sequence, especially the first 3 songs. One of the best opening runs i've heard on a recent album for sure
