Watched Take Shelter last night, a modern americana clossic. Michael Shannon may never get his "flowers" but this was the role he was meant to play. Very nuanced until he explodes in that lunch scene and even then its his emotions afterward that carry it home. He just has that face, a regular mon from Kentucky.

Kiss Me (x3) is honestly really solid. I used to think it was bloated and kinda dull at points but every song seems to introduce a new idea or play around with a different sound and mostly succeeds. Anytime I think it’s gonna be a future skip it usually wins me over by the end of the track.

I like P***ography, Disintegration, and Faith more I think. I also kinda like Head in The Door a bit more too. So far the debut is really cool but really not what you want from the cure, Seventeen Seconds is great but it’s like one long song almost, and The Top while underrated in my opinion is kind of messy.
