It was sold to me as “If a metal band had Blue Album vocal melodies and Slouvaki production”. I’m not quite sure that’s accurate but it’s interesting.

Lol they're just a shoegaze band. Bent Nail is a jam though. The follow up Tired of Tomorrow is pretty good as well

They’re a bit more distinct than that I’d say. Looking them up this description seems to line up somewhat with what I was sold on.
