Thought I’d give Haunting of Hill House another chance after how much I loved Midnight Mass but this is kinda silly. When it’s not trying to be scary it’s kinda laughable. The serious subject matter stuff isn’t handled with nuance at all unlike Midnight Mass which is all subtle and handled sophisticatedly. Everything Flanagan has done has a lesbian couple which makes me think maybe he’s got a thing for lesbians or maybe he’s just a basic liberal since every couple in this is either gay or interracial. No issue with that just it’s so overt that it feels like satire. The one lesbian in this breaks down and tells the random chick she only hooked up with once that the kid she’s treating in therapy was molested by their foster dad and then the girl just f***s her again out of sympathy lmao.

My girlfriend watched Bly Manor and said the lesbian romance was the only part she cared about

    1. Link to the Past
    2. Breath of The Wild
    3. Wind Waker
    4. Majora’s Mask
    5. Ocarina of Time
    6. Skyward Sword
    7. Twilight Princess
    8. Zelda 1
    9. Zelda 2

Like the RPG conversation I’ve never actually beaten any of them so this ranking isn’t really fair. I’ve just played all of them a good bit. I plan on beating them though relatively soon when they’re all easily playable on one console.

damn homie you never played Spirit Tracks???

my top 3 are Wind Waker, Twilight Princess, Spirit Tracks

    theguardian.com/music/2021/nov/24/its-repulsive-to-me-the-bitter-feud-of-indie-rockers-the-wrens

"To illustrate his input, Bissell sends a segment of the Observatory single Queens in its tinkered-with phase: a Wrens track called Sophie. The Aeon Station record, to be clear, is wonderfully rendered: anthemic without being over-polished. But I have to admit that my stomach somersaults upon hearing this mothballed labour of love. With just a few Bissellian flourishes – eerie harmony, close-miked guitar filigree – there’s an uncanny transformation to the song: this is the Wrens, with all their atticky magic."

It’s wild what a hair cut and a change of clothes can do. The ugly crazy religious lady in Midnight Mass is actually kinda cute in Hillhouse.

F*** ya b**** I've played em all except the Oracle of Ages/Season which still irks me

Minish Cap, Link Between Worlds, Phantom Hourglass pretty much the only thing I'll whip out a Gameboy for

i've gotten include Crosby cause he f***ing wrote the thing plus it's the song that made him leave the Byrds. yea he's a grumpy old man but he made some good tunes in his early days. that soulful voice

    His masterpiece

Don't worry I'm a big fan of a lot of the stuff he did with the byrds and s*** but I'm not trying to picture that walrus having a threesome. Grace however :omgfap:

I absolutely loved his new 7 episode miniseries Midnight Mass. It’s basically just a long movie. Favorite thing from this year. I also kinda like his home invasion flick Hush too. The horror stuff in Hillhouse is good even if it is just a bunch of sleep paralysis type s*** but the drama doesn’t work as well for me.

Not f***in Crosby would you have a picture him having a threesome or Grace Slick

    crosby vocals > grace vocals

and imagining either of them in a threesome is nasty
