Yo man is being over leveled a real thing in Elden Ring ? It's like from just exploring I'm already at lvl 48 or some s***. What's more frustrating is I don't really know where to go half the time, some areas im clearly not ready for and others I'm wiping them out.
Idk broski this the first FromSoft game outta the 3 i've played that hasn't really moved me. Might just replay Sekiro instead

You can go in any direction really. The first 10 hours or so I just kept going north. Then hit Caelid, then just starting bouncing all over.
Your level can make a big impact for the first half of the game I'd say but after a point it balances out. I wouldn't sweat it.
The game is f***in massive. There's way more than what you see on the map. It's pretty crazy.

It's kind of up to you to figure out which areas you're ready for and what you aren't but if you put off an early area for too long you'll definitely be mopping the floor with most of the enemies. Game is stressful so for me it just feels good to actually feel powerful for once
