My ex was really into all these bizarre kama sutra positions
The Octopus still makes me laugh

i remember as kids we'd buy a ton of warheads and see how much we could eat before we pretty much started puking. i gave a black cherry one to my grandma once and she immediately spit it out and threw it at me
Lmaooo i have a high tolerance for sour stuff but i dont think i could put more than 2 or 3 warheads in my mouth without doing one of these:

My brother and his friend used to do that with the Warhead sour spray tho. They'd take turns seeing who could get the highest number of sprays without tapping out.
They also did the same thing with those Listerene dissolving sheet things that turned your mouth into a freezer. He puked from those one time after his friends dared him to put a whole brand new pack of them in his mouth during a sleepover

Oh geez that sounds terrible. Hope you find a neurologist and they can treat it

was demolishing a bunch of funyuns a few weeks ago and the roof of my mouth was absolutely devastated
"Wow there's a lot of people at the bus stop, I hope my dad's not embarrassed by his s***mobile"
Still a classic
!https://youtu.be/tXgfzxXUVscIt's still crazy to me that Tom Green exists and actually had mainstream success at one point
And I mean that in a good way

Forreal. Even in the context of him being ahead of his time, it's still wild that he was able to find such success back then. The "Subway Monkey Hour" extended episode in Japan is so absurd, we used to watch that so often.
And the monica lewinsky ep is a moment in time

FGF is forever GOATed. Him explaining the drawings to the producer
Zebras in America
Him beating his gf's legs

We cant have people complaining that there's not enough cheese on the cheese sandwich can we?

You ever seen his little wooden boys bit from the 90’s. It’s like a form of humor that’s so alien to that time period. The people he’s interacting with look so uncomfortable. Like it’s not even a style that’s popular now, it only really peaked in like the early 2010’s. All the weirdo alt comics who did that stuff sort of moved onto to just doing intentionally bad stand up and having a lot of contempt.

That's a good point. Tom never came across as malicious. Just enjoyed dropping inhibitions and being weird and random as f*** just for the fun of it.

Oh yeah i def agree. His earliest stuff, i think when he still just on canadian public access, is somehow even stranger than what he was doing just a couple years later.
Its also kind weird thinking about Tom as "ahead of his time", especially when i've seen a lot of people compare him what would eventually become the "Tim & Eric humor zeitgeist". But even though there are certainly comparisons to be made between them, mostly having to do with their pure absurdity, Tom still feels very different to the T&E and Eric Andre school of late night weird comedy shows.
Tom has never seemed to have any of the self-aware/ironic tone in his bits that make up the backbone of those more recent people's work. It always felt like Tom was just being absurd to shock people or get a laugh, nothing else. Like he would just wake up and think "What absolutely dumb s*** can i do today and how can i take it too far just for the hell of it." He wasn't parodying public access, late night infomercials, or talk shows (at least it never seemed that way to me). He just got a camera, mic, and an audience, then did whatever nonsense came to his mind.

I think Sacha Baron Cohen has a similar vibe to Tom, especially the old Borat/Ali G stuff. Both of them get a genuine kick out of how awkward they can make things for people while still making it funny and not just being an a******.
