So we’ll make it 17 minutes long, keep up the same groove the whole time, layer a bunch of noise and distortion on top to drown out the vocals but when you can make them out we’ll say s*** like “she sucking on my ding dong”. 50+ years later it’ll be called a masterpiece.

So yeah White Light/White Heat grew on me but I still think the debut is much much better. I Heard Her Call My Name and Lady Godiva’s Operation are the highlights. Everything else is cool and The Gift is too dull for its length.
