Played a bit of that new beyonce album earlier. I forgot my phone was on shuffle during so i realized after i didn't hear the 5 songs i made it thru in order.

I heard I'm That Girl, Plastic Off the Sofa, Virgo's Groove, Move, and Thique

Im gonna try to do a proper listen later this weekend, but i was not a fan of any of those 5 i heard tbh. I was expecting something enjoyable at the very least from the response it's gotten, but i was shocked at how boring those songs were to me.

Still gonna give it a proper chance, but I've seen so many people (including a few reviewers i've scanned) saying this album's sound is fresh, a "left turn", radical, etc... I hope to hear something like that when i listen to it later, cause as of now this aint it for me.

Even if her self-titled wasn't by far and away my pick for her best album, I'd still say "Haunted" blows any of those 5 songs out of the water
