I was in that boat at a time and would have put it top 3 on its release just cause of my mental state. It's essentially in a tie with the other 'B' tier albums on my list (WTT, GRAD, TLOP, KSG, possibly yeezus). I haven't listened in a while so it's lower.

I think when I get my Apple Music Replay in at the end of the year, my number 1 song will be "Sweet Blindness" by Laura Nyro by about 100 plays.
