It's a joke that ginger comedian made about him on roller blades
Idk if I've ever been as indecisive about ranking an artists prime like I am with Springsteen atm
Literally any of the 6 main albums could be #1

Me with Radiohead
Also the 60s guys like Dylan and Bowie. Who's gonna listen to all that s***
90s Stones?
they're the ultimate goats why wouldn't you
Even when they're bad it's interesting to hear them suck
I think 70-90s Dylan is generally pretty lame but he got cool again as an old man
He had bangers in the 80s but didn't release them

For these type of catalogs I dive a little deeper with each listening phase until eventually I get through it all

Ehh I haven't heard anything from that era that makes me interested tbh
Lacrimosa was Mozart
didn't know
I assume I'm basic for having that as my favorite?
It's a Lacrimosa by Zbgniew Preisner, same composer who did the score to Kieslowski's Three Colors trilogy. A Lacrimosa is a sequence in a requiem like a dies irae, of which it often actually is a part of, or offertorio, Agnus Dei etc.. These types of sequences can also appear in other choral works such as masses.
I've seen WNTTAK and Never Really Here. I liked the former, didn't care much for the latter.
Morvern Callar is already on my list. Heard good things about that one too
Morvern Callar is nice. Ratcatcher is her best for sure (imo) Also her short films are really good.
Think imma get that O'brien book, my dad actually read and enjoyed it
One short collection I think you'd dig is Denis Johnson's The Largesse of the Sea Maiden
I had someone recommend Denis Johnson to me before, will check him out.
Just finished Black Wings Has My Angel
no fat on that one at all, just a real slick, sordid noir
I manually count ever single album that is voted for. I keep a google doc of every list and use ctrl+f to count every album and keep track of every user who voted for it.
Thanks

nah she's definitely singing that. It's a type of choral movement with lyrics that appear very often in choral works.
