He’s also missing the fact that the entire post Britpop wave of mainstream bands were directly influenced by how Thom sounded on The Bends and OK Computer. Thom even got so pretentious in the early 2000’s he complained about his acoustic ballads ruining British popular music. He needed Nigel Godrich to tell him to climb out of his own ass lol.
