I was definitely smoking too much weed infused with tobacco and drinking like 7 Americanos a day for 15 years but had a weird belly issue a while ago that freaked me out so I quit weed, nicotine, caffeine and dairy cold turkey for a month. belly went back to normal and now I just lightly smoke weed and drink chai which im learning to make from scratch. drink alcohol once a month tops.

I'm happy I do not give a f*** about alcohol at all. Mother's side had serious alcoholism issues but that s*** just makes me depressed and f***s with my acid reflux

I'm probably an alcoholic, I'm just aware of it enough that I know how to keep that s*** under control now. My first few years posting here I was drunk basically all the time.

The 7 americanos is the most shocking thing here. I try to keep it to 2 cups of coffee a day.
