I tried to re listen to Uncanny Valley recently and I just can't do it it's just too much. Kinda funny it was probably my most listened album in 2019.

album just tests your nerves. many metalheads I showed it to found it difficult to listen to. I guess all the weird twists and dynamic shifts make it hard to get into

I must've been f***in pissed off in 2019 if that album was my most listened

at least blensdorf's solo moniker dizayga released another good album in a wildly different yet uncromposing style (anthrocide) and the subsequent main band album had gravity and jump on the urinal but that's it so far tbh. I wouldn't write them off entirely but looks like another Soft Moon situation to me.
